Fit2Ripped will be hosting a class on lifting techniques and efficiency in prep for our upcoming event in January at Bates Nut Farm.
They will go over lifts that will be used on our courses. Knowing proper technique is very important and being efficient at the same time will win you time!
They will be giving away a free race entry to our January event to one male and one female at the class.
Join us if you want to prep for our race or if you want to learn about proper technique! Every lifter will benefit from this class – competitor or not!
